Exactly this. If the documentation shows that the ODT has been applied unlawfully, or subjective opinions have come into play through discussions, then it is a breach of confidence.
Call me a flatearther on this one because I've held my position for so long that no matter what argument I'm presented with I will simply refuse to yield im afraid.
What if I was to tell you that the very reason Mike Ashley is taking legal action is because his legal team has seen what the PL discussed with the Government and the Government's position was that they would not oppose the takeover, would encourage Saudi investment in the North East and raised concerns about 'competing' interests and 'noisy TV executives' trying to influence a decision. Or perhaps that the Qatari Government contacted Dominic Raab and were politely told to mind their own business? Or that they were concerned by comments made by Hatice Cengiz, about a trading ally and had passed information about her to the PL indicating that she was under investigation. Imagine if that was disclosed.
****ing flatearther!! but excuse me you can’t possibly suggest you held one position through this thread
politicians only care about votes. And they just turned the red wall seats. It’s a vote winner to let this go through.
Bit behind on all this due to work lately. So what’s the main reason for why folk seem to think this is going through then?
Unfortunately I don't understand all this companies house nonsense, but we've got to get on with it. Look if there's one thing I've always said its that we've got to show a certain resilience and unfortunately you haven't done that
