From those 9 games though I can honestly only see 4-6 points (Palace and West Brom) - after 27 games we'd be on 23-25 points needing to win 5/6 of our last 11 to stay up on 40 points. We are on the worst run of form in the league and only 7 points clear of relegation. Bruce should have been sacked weeks ago, honestly already feel like it is to late to remedy this as Bruce has lost the dressing room and the players confidence is shot.
Unfortunately we've unfortunately got only 10 days of the transfer window, so unfortunately I don't harbour much hope of it happening fast enough to go through before the summer unfortunately
The charge on Staveley's assets, that benefits MASH, remains. That charge serves no purpose unless the takeover is ongoing. They would simply remove it if it was off.
Think it was set up to cover Amanda staveleys money. So basically ma Lent the money to AS. This hasn't been removed
Yup. If the takeover was called off the charge would be enforced/ removed. Staveley's accounts would reveal payment to MASH. They don't.
There's surely the possibility of a few good loans late in January if the green lights given? Surely Ashley would go all out to bring in what's required at that point
Proof if any were needed that the takeover is very much on. The charge is akin to a mortgage against Staveley's assets. If it were no longer required, it would be removed by filing a removal document.
He's an obstinate twat, he's not going to do anything. I think it could happen in time - Ashley could sell tomorrow, it's then down to the PL to ratify that sale. But it doesn't stop the new owners acting in lieu of formal approval. (I think)
I have to say I do hold a hope that it'll just happen anytime upto and until deadline day. Kinda like what happened at city just boom then they were all over the market instantly, but I just feel the clubs position and the fact these guys are pretty wise Eil lead them to just hang fire for what 3 to 4 months rather than gamble.
Might they even think OK **** it just go for it? They might just think if we go down we've got the cash to come straight back up and the club would instantly regain its value?? They might actually you know.. They're so rich a temporary relegation wouldn't be much of a concern
