The legal charges can stay forever on record. They don’t need removed. They only come into force when an “event” takes place for the charge to then be enacted. It could be highly sensitive information. It is related to international trade relationships. For all we know, whatever it is that they are freighting to disclose could be linked to the Summit in the middle east. If it became public knowledge it could damage the relationships.
