Coupons can (and were) not able to be spent on booze, ***s etc. As with all these things, they could be done properly. It’s a choice not to do so.

Obviously the furlough is a good thing as it stops people losing everything. That’s kind of a given. We could have a whole debate about the need for UBI and the **** safety net in this country for people temporarily out of work but you’d only start ranting about Blair or Dianne Abbott within three posts. I’d like to think the millions of people who fell through the cracks the first time around have been helped properly by now.
