it's unbelievable really. You'd think someone would be able to do this properly as i think it's the right way to go (food delivered direct rather than coupons that can be abused). If anything, there should be even more as they can actually afford to buy it in bulk.

Coupons can (and were) not able to be spent on booze, ***s etc.

As with all these things, they could be done properly. It’s a choice not to do so.

She comes across as a radicalised fruitcake in that piece. Yes, the far right are using her death as a rallying cry - there will be a lot of blood shed on the streets of America in her, and Trumps, name and it's been brewing since Trump refused to accept the result of the election.

You have to wonder why with cretins like this about!

That clip looks set up to me... but yes, Babbitt was indeed a total fruitcake, and there are a lot more like her around, often religious nutters, and this time, it looks like they'll come out heavily armed. I don't know how the threatened demonstrations will go down during the inauguration, but I suspect the issue of possible extreme right wing terrorism will plague Biden during his term of office. Another Oklahoma bombing doesn't bear thinking about

Obviously the furlough is a good thing as it stops people losing everything. That’s kind of a given. We could have a whole debate about the need for UBI and the **** safety net in this country for people temporarily out of work but you’d only start ranting about Blair or Dianne Abbott within three posts.

I’d like to think the millions of people who fell through the cracks the first time around have been helped properly by now.

Why are you so unable to accept any criticism of how they’ve handled any of this when it’s been so objectively poor?
