I thought it was in reference to his side going down and us going up.

    Might have misunderstood.

    Still. Pie eating contest.

Dont want Sam back at the SoL other than as WBA manager, just to remind the old t**t of what he walked out on.

Not until Johnson's had a chance and I mean a proper chance not a few months. He's been picked because he fits into the philosophy of the new owners and I like what I've seen so far.

Take it you mean as manager of WBA then yes, but somehow I think he may walk away from WBA if they are relegated so no.

Honestly thought I'd be in a minority with my No but seems most think exactly the same as me!!

FWIW - I don;t think he'll be at WBA next season unless they stay up

Only reason I would say yes would be as a fixed term technical ďirector or consultant because his use of sports science is the type of excellence needed at a fundamental level to rebuild this club and I don't know of anyone else (because I'm an ignorant old git). Bring him in as a trainer to polish the sports science side of things then let him go.

I don't hold anything against him for taking the England job but seeing what he did there cemented his image as a money grabbing cnut so I wouldn't trust him in any big money spending position - and I'd keep a close eye on his petty cash and pen budgets just to be on the safe side!

Not sure if Sam would hang around if the Baggies went down like but could be wrong. I'd say we've got a chance still of going up, lots of football to be played yet. So in answer to the OP, maybe.
