Apparently Trump has fallen out with Pence now. Says Pence has not done enough to prevent the hand over of power. He's turned on Mitch Mcconnell. Claims 100% credit for Mitch's election and think McConnnell is a traitor for acknowledging Biden's win.

He's also fighting with Barr, the man who has been a perennial ally of Trump doing almost everything he asked. (Except for doing anything illegal with Hunter Biden that probably would have seen him go to prison himself if he handled it wrong) .

He's fighting with everyone who has supported him except those who will fall on their sword for him. It's everyone's fault but his own that he hasn't overturned the election.

Falling deeper and deeper in paranoia and despair.

But Powell, Flynn, Bannon and Gulliani are still feeding his ego with this farcical idea of a military coup. New DOJ in two days to appoint Powell as Special Counsel. It's sedition, but the the SC has already ruled that sedition is only sedition when it becomes an act rather than a plan - but surely the POTUS DOES have the ability to make a plan an act, therefore it is actual sedition?

Can you imagine the grief Hiag, would be getting over all this?

I never really ever worked HiaG out, I couldn't decide whether he was self indulgent, a massive wum or seriously believed in the stuff he came out with. I know he departed the 606 house in controversy, but I think he was hurting at the time.

I never minded the guy really, he was never directly offensive to me and his opinion was his alone, I'm too old to be hating people.

Saw this on the news earlier today, and its all recorded, so no worming his way out of this one. Trying to encourage ballot fraud, I think he's probably just blown any chance of ever standing for election again.
It’s an hour long. I listened to bits of it, and given it was yesterday, after the recounts etc, he’s got no way of worming out of this one. What a fitting end. Karma.

I'm pleased he's actually been recorded trying it on. Surely though, that must now leave him open to criminal charges, or can't they touch him?

Nonetheless that prize bell end Ted Cruz, who knows ****ing better - see his interview with Chris Cuemo some weeks ago- still intends to pull this anti-democratic stunt in the Senate on Wednesday. God, I hope this is the end of the GOP. At least Ryan and a few others are finally nailing their true colours to the mast.

Hes still utterly convinced he can pardon himself not only from crimes committed in office- including this one - and ANY FUTURE CRIMES. Even with his packed USSC he'll realise he's overreaching on this - bigly. And rumour has it that even Barr told him so, hence his hasty departure.

But wait until the **** comes out about the real reason why the defense transition team has not been cooperating with Biden - apparently Trump has tried several times for military interventions in the swing states he's after.

They can't touch him whilst he's president, but that's definitely another impeachable offence.

There's probably a raft of stuff they could go after him with when he's no longer President, but my feeling is that Biden will just let it flicker out as it will cause him too much grief with America's right wing nut job element.

Just wait 18 days and just charge him like the common criminal he is I think you're right Biden wont go after prosecutions but equally he wont stand in the way of legitimate ones.

They should. I don't see it happening personally. As much as I'd like to see that narcissistic pompous **** hauled before the courts, I just think the Dems will see it causing them too much of a headache when they are trying to bring a divided nation back together.

I think that there will be sufficient apolitical cases to make sure he sees the inside of a cell.

Despite the impression Trump has given over the last four years, it's **** all to do with the POTUS who is and who isn't pursued by the DOJ. The courts (district, state and federal) don't need Biden's permission. He could appoint a special counsel though, I think. Love to see Kamala Harris take that on.

It would be hilarious if they “bogged” him down in very expensive lawsuits for the next few years. Would be poetic justice for all those he’s screwed financially, over the years, to see what’s left of his wealth being used to fight litigation.
