Armstrong is the new Steven Davis.

I am shocked and surprised by Obafemi's descent down the ranks. Along with Valery, I thought that these twoplayers had plenty of potential. He hasn't even made the sub's bench in the last few games. Whilst I can appreciate that KWP's performances have made it next to impossible to Yann Valery to return to the first eleven, you wonder whether his work ethic or effort in training. Ralph had previously mentioned in the EObafemi had a lack of consistency. I hope Obafemi ups his game as he is a player you would want in your side when he is playing well.

I think we'll go Theo and Armstrong 'wide' and Tella up top.

I'd be happy for Redders to get a start here but don't see how he gets in ahead of the other two at the moment, particularly as Armstrong was seemingly rested on Saturday. I'm still not convinced by Djenepo tbh.

Of course we could put Theo up top but I think he's been playing well where he is and wouldn't want to change that

Big game this, think we'll struggle against West Ham and with Liverpool after that we really need to grab 3 points here to keep momentum up.

The same happened to McGoldrick but that was a while back different manager

Not often that a red card gets overturned on appeal, in these days of VAR. Even more so now that the pitchside monitor is used. Effectively the appeal panel have said that two referees were wrong.

What's more annoying is that a second yellow would gave achieved the same outcome - ie a red card and a one match ban - and Fulham wouldn't have been able to appeal that.

He was such a good player. So disappointing he was playing under such horrendous managers for us. (koeman aside). He and Graziano were a joy.

Fascinated to see how Diallo gets on this weekend. I've really liked the small glimpses we've seen so far. I'd also like to see:

Adams Theo
Redmond Diallo jwp Armstrong

As our attackers if Ings is injured. I personally love djenepo, but I think redders and Armstrong are more disciplined on the wings and have a strong link with the fullbacks

I'm not fussed about the news that Redmond hasn't trained this week. But the same thing for Vestergaard is a blow. Being without him, Ings and Romeu would leave huge shoes to fill. Maybe finally time for Salisu?

That's arguably our best players this season down the spine of the team out. Ings, Romeu and Vester. What with Fulhams captain and best defender also having his red card rescinded, it feels like our chances are getting worse by the minute.

We're playing Fulham not Liverpool. I still rate our chances of winning.
