Saturday the mighty Saints travel to Fulham in what could be a tricky test away from home. A fifth yellow card of the season for Oriol Romeu means he gets to sit this one out and enjoy his cold meat and pickles on boxing day. Fulham defender Joachim Anderson also gets to play with his scaletrix set and ride around on his new scooter following his red card against Newcastle on Saturday. Mario Lemina will miss out due to being on loan which is probably the best thing for his dodgy stomach after pigging out on Christmas pudding and a tin of quality streets.

Merry Christmas everyone hopefully the men in red and white bring us the present we all want!

Quality thread. I like the details of the players festive activities. I can just see Romeu loading a plate with cold meats and pickles. Do you think he likes pickalilly? Or more of a chutney man?

Didnt we have Sian Massey in the last game running the line? I always think she does a great job, as I never recall any talking points about her - unlike some refs.

Here is hoping more females get to run the line and ref some games, I see no reason why they couldn’t, other than i imagine they are under-represented against a male dominated profession.

Think Stephens would be ahead of him right now, tbh.

Might start the cup tie though.

I don't. Salisu is a better defender than Stephens. There's a reason he was tracked by some top clubs.

But is Stephens a better rightback than Valery? This would allow WPs to play further forward... Just a thought, if Theo partners Che.

These are proper **** ones folks. Please add your own or I’ll look like a twat.

    Top Six: Christmas Saints

    Santa Claus Lundekvam
    Jason Euelltide
    Dave Preasant
    Santti Niemi
    Wesley Ho-ho-Hoedt

    and...
    Jason Dodd Merrily on High

Two Santa’s and even two Jason’s. Who the **** is Dave Preasant too for that matter?! I’m livid with that result. I’m going to go off and self-flagellate now.
