Would we have to pay compensation for Speakman? If we're poaching people from other clubs for directors etc. Why not managers? Although the only ones I've seen linked are outta work
I can't imagine any employed manager would take the risk in joining us. Been such a mess over the last few years. Unless it's a lower L1 manager (our fans would go mental), doesn't seem viable.

Not necessarily, I would think sell a manager a chance to get this club up and running with what’s happening with the takeover and back room staff coming on board then I’d say some head coaches would be interested.

I suppose it all depends. Surely the new manager/head coach would have an idea who is going to be employed above him and could see the direction we want to go in.
If they're ambitious appointments above surely that would be a positive for possible managers
