We are already through to the Euros, imagine this just being the Johnston Paint Trophy of International Football. It replaced the need for 'friendlies.'

However, it does give a limited number of Countries the chance to get through to the Euros, if they are not already through, bit like the Champions League does with the runners up and losers of the Prem League. So as England and Scotland are already through, it's a pointless losers trophy. Although it might affect your world ranking.
