Another brilliant cycling victory for a GB rider at Team (Sky) Ineos, take a bow Tao Gagen Hart a cockney boy who was at the Giro Italia 3 week Grande Tour of Italy to be a gopher for Geraint Thomas, but he fell off and had to go home and the team had no team leader after that, but young TGH finished up smashing the field of world champions apart to win the whole thing himself. He is now up there with Wiggins, Froome and Thomas as the only Brits to win one of the 3 Grande Tours.
Hard been a Brit sometimes <laugh>

I’d assumed with that name and that we were calling him a Brit that he was from NI.
But as he’s a Londoner, surely we should be calling him English. Bit like andy Murray... British if he won, Scottish when he lost :emoticon-0105-wink:

MoM this afternoon was Raphinha with Poveda close behind him. Raphinha started the game at 10 and won tacles and created well before moving out wide later. Davis started at LB but moved to DM and Struijk had a great game especially when he moved to LB and rampaged forward with great range of passing. Roberts created both goals from No9 but missed plenty of chances. Casey and Cresswell very good as CBs but great in a back 3 with Struijk too.

Struijk has really impressed me in the last 10 games or so. He seems so calm and has a terrific right foot on him. Just effortlessly pings it 30 or 40 yard. In the U23's he just always seems to have that extra yard of space and calmly plays the game.

Big future for him.

Great that he played well today , he must have been really disappointed Friday night, no better way to get over it than playing again asap.

Not interested in representation, just want the best, irrespective of colour, sex, religion or sexual inclination. I find sacking a white man just to replace him with a Black man, just as disgusting as doing it the other way around. To give anyone job priority because of colour, not on ability is bull ****.
Who got sacked?

Didn't know that as I don't watch the results with Stelling. I knew 3 contracts weren't being renewed, but didn't realise they were to be replaced. Thought it was going to be a new format, tbh, hence the lack of interest.
