Maybe it's more a case of Sky realising that given the amount of black professional footballers their predominantly white male cast of presenters & pundits were not a true representation of the sport ?
They've had other biases with too may ex Liverpool players on our screens which hopefully will be addressed as well.
Thought Patrice Evra has been brilliant the last few weeks as he speaks from the heart and it makes great TV. Let's judge the pundits on performance, the same as the players and it shouldn't be a job for life like Jamie Redknapp and others seem to have.
She’s only new to his sketches. He used to have his girlfriend in them. Brilliant comedian, well worth following on twitter or Facebook. He’s actually in a wheelchair permanently due to a motor accident I think

As for pundits... I’m not a fan of women footballers as pundits on the men’s game largely because I don’t think their experience is very relevant. No problem with them as commentators/reporters if they’re good enough. Issue is some of them clearly aren’t and are there to make the numbers up.
So Alex Scott for example? Not for me.
As for male pundits Colour of skin should be irrelevant and as for foreign pundits - I’m fine with them... their English is usually better than the English pundits, half of whom can’t string a sentence together and what they do say is utterly banal. I’m fine with JFH... he’s still Leeds!
