None of it’s a secret, both City and Bordeaux confirmed the rejected bid and both Ehab and Henriksen confirmed he turned down a later move, as he didn’t want to go to Russia.
Obviously much less than he was on with us, apparently the highest paid players in Norway get about £7k a week and he’s unlikely to be one of the highest paid players.

He had some good games, and is obviously a decent player
However I still think he hid too many times, maybe not consciously but I got a bit obsessed with watching him for periods of games and he looked to me like he literally move from positions where he was available for a pass into places behind the opposition. Maybe he was expecting more creative balls into space in front, maybe he just didn’t want it.
I did the same for a few games and he certainly was a little shy at times.
Fair crack of the whip ? Adkins made him the captain of the team. How much more crack of the whip did he want ? Plus how long was he out injured on £25k a week ?
I've never seen a player in my life both amateur and professional level duck out of as many 50/50 headed challenges as he did.
If I can introduce a topic that doesn't involve Norwegians, have I missed any news about players going out on loans, or have we failed to get any promising young players out to gain experience elsewhere?
Henrikson and everything to do with his time here was poor, he was poor on the pitch for 80% of the time, the way we handled him at the end was poor, him refusing to play against Donny was poor and the money we wasted on him was piss poor! He's gone, we move on
Its the old addage .. when a player leaves he automatically becomes better in peoples minds .. throughout his time here, Henriksen was a lilly livered chicken sh1t who used to duck out of challenges left right and centre .. he had a period of around a month where he decided to start to get stuck in .. got injured and never returned to that aggressive side .. he used to hide during the majority of games he played and for me didn't justify his wage. He was played in a number of positions to try and 'find' his best position.. afraid we were still looking for it. Then to decline to play for fear of getting injured and messing up any potential forthcoming deal typified him to me .. dont slam the door on the way out !
