perfect pan size, but you burnt your eggs.
 
Anyway, as I've already explained to Chief many times 4egg omelettes are for girls and small children.
 
Like the flavours but browning the mince made it tough. Was hoping that two hours of simmer was gonna soften it but it didn't.I think I needed to break the mince into smaller pieces before it browned.
Maybe brown it a bit less so that you have that golden colour but not as dark as you had it. [HASHTAG]#searchfortheperfectspagbol[/HASHTAG]
 
Spag bol should alway begin with separating the mince, frin in oil for 3/4mins drain out oil and ****, add chopped onion then brown off for 5mins, then add ya sawce and other bits.

Personally I season the mince with the onions before adding the sawce but some add it to the sawce after.

Simmer for 2hours.

Best instant noodles I've found so far, I know people rave about Koka and that but Mama are the business.

btw Chief’s omelette had the right colour...perfect...golden brown. Bassong’s needs about another 2 minutes and the mushrooms need dumping apart from that...pretty good
