Nah i caramelised some onions and chopped carrot, gonna stir that in in about 5mins and dish up, I'm doing a mustard gravy using the sausage juice and some mustard seeds and some bisto.
Never brown.Thought this thread was going to be good at first.

Using mustard to elevate it from the kids menu...nice touch
Maybe next time use the onions and mustard with some sliced chicken, cream and a splash of white wine...throw in some fresh herbs and voila a lovely sauce for with tagliatelle.
