    You could, although personally I don’t see why you would.
    Not exactly a hardship I don’t think, and there’s some logic to it (I tend to fall over pissed in pubs and bump into people much less when I’m sat down)
    The exemption thing needs more publicity though I think. Some people might abuse it, but if you had a genuine reason not to wear one and we’re getting challenged all the time it would be really unpleasant.

    So to clear up any confusion we are going to have a 3 tier system. Level 1 called medium, level 2 called high, and level 3 called very high. ???
