Well those ones would be from Marks and Sparks.
I don't think too many boats catch flour, milk and eggs.

You could, although personally I don’t see why you would.
Not exactly a hardship I don’t think, and there’s some logic to it (I tend to fall over pissed in pubs and bump into people much less when I’m sat down)
The exemption thing needs more publicity though I think. Some people might abuse it, but if you had a genuine reason not to wear one and we’re getting challenged all the time it would be really unpleasant.
