Is there a game against Grimsby coming up?

إِنْ شَاءَ ٱللَّٰهُArabic for God willing.
De nada.
إِنْ شَاءَ ٱللَّٰهُ
I was going to answer that but I didn't want to get told off from breaking the no religion rule.

You need only look at the eagerness with which people have adopted mask-wearing as a sign of virtuousness to know that you're fighting a losing battle, LBIA (labia?)
The government spent months telling us that masks were useless in preventing the spread of viral infections, mostly because few people have sufficient quantities of them as to avoid mishandling them over the course of the day and also because they only cover two of three major entry points for viruses, then went fully 180 and declared the wearing of them necessary to enter shops or ride on public transport. Then, of course, there are the major contradictions in terms of when 'rules' apply (not before 10PM?), the list of exemptions, etc. And whilst all this was happening, nary an MP was to be seen actually following their own advice. It's no wonder that theories that previously appeared to be conspiratorial are now making much more sense...
We'd shoot half of the posters on here, including myself.Maybe we should give up football and take up grouse shooting :-(

Nowt like a weekend of legalised culling. Not sure Sir David A. would agree mind.I do a spot of shooting myself, it's good fun. I'd rather be in the forests of France shooting wild boar or something else that can be at least presented as vicious, but blowing a hole in a few pheasants or partridges will do.

Are there still wild boar in France ? Thought they'd all migrated to N. Italy ?
Edit: looks like it's still 2:1 - France:Italy.
You may well have solved the post Brexit/COVID unemployment problem there Erik.I'm not sure I'd kill something for the sake of killing it, in fairness. There has to be a purpose (furs for clothing, meat for pies and roasts, etc). The one exception I'd make to this rule would be pigeons. I think people should be encouraged, from childhood, to slaughter pigeons en masse and in as many different gruesome ways as possible. Kids on their way to school should kick them, people sitting in beer gardens should glass the ****ers, etc. Naturally, this would result in a pile-up of deceased pigeons on the highways and pavements of England, so in response to the avian genocide I desire I would create a team of Pigeon-Corpse-Clearer-Upperers to dispense of the birds' bodies. It would mean a cleaner, greener and more pleasant land all round.

Ha. Your record for bestowing "likes" verges on Scroogeism, but maybe the book has a happier ending ?I've always tried to look out for others.
