Sorry. Basically meant you’ve heard from someone your version of what’s happening (along with others), and I’ve heard mine. I just think it’s all a ploy to murky the waters. SD doesn’t really know if he’s batting or bowling and grasping for any cliff edge he can get. It’s crazy how you can be so adamant that theft skis are happening and sake is close and I’m so Adamant they aren’t... Its going to blow up in SD’s face in 3 weeks time
Why 3 weeks. Shirley you can hoy a minuscule of a hint.

No concrete talks (if any) have been happening referring to takeover talks since the RAWA meeting or the NB’s tweet is what I’ve been told

"what bases have a covered??? The only one is that there is no takeover, SD will still own us, it’s all a ploy to bide time for SD to get the season re-started etc.

I never insisted nothing was happening.

I can’t really be more specific in my view"

I think once Stuart Donald realises the writings on the wall the deal can/should be done very quickly probably due to the due diligence done last year, the loan, and FPP have probably still been in contact probably to keep a watchful eye over the club due to what’s at stake. Whether it’s two weeks, eight weeks, eight months… No one will know how long Stuart Donald has left, I doubt even himself. Obviously if you want to hold me to something I said a week ago, and very small piece of detail which was an opinion, then that’s fine. Obviously we’re all still waiting on your ITK Knowledge to come to fruition, and despite you changing your tune from last week regarding all the talks and deal being done expect some small things to ‘iron’ out, nothing yet has materialised. And now you seem to be coming around to my view/info. Similar to my earlier post, I have no reason to argue or fight. Some people will take what you say as gospel, some will take what I say as gospel... some will think we are both talking out out of our rear ends. One of us will be right

Hmmm ...

Mad Bob dont even know what a takeover is but is telling everyone there is defo not one happening ffs

No. I never insisted nothing was happening. They have SD by the balls with the loan, first refusal, Covid, SD’s lack of funds etc. Whet I said, and the reason I found this page, was the screen shot from Magnus regarding the % breakdown and the sale being discussed at an advance stage. That’s what I said wasn’t happening. I’ve already stated previous And I’ve tried to explain a similar question about 3 weeks ago. SD knows he needs to leave. He knew it from day one of waking through the door, but he wasn’t going to Leave unless his price was met. He will have had discussions (brief) with possibly a few parties, but nothing with FPP In detail since Christmas at best, as nothings changing (as I’ve been told). They are just waiting, and I’ve used the term before, giving SD more and more rope till he does the inevitable and they take over... at a ridiculously lower price than SD wants

Mate that's literally the only thing you've said since joining, who are you trying to kid.

Takeover rumour
I could dig out a few more

The more I've been thinking about it, it makes zero sense for a takeover to be agreed in the next few months. FPP have Donald over a barrel and currently he's liable for the monthly losses, not them. Why would they take on those losses now knowing he will be willing to sell for less later AND cover those monthly losses in the mean time.

I definitely think there have been detailed talks and negotiating, but I can't imagine a scenario where the buyers agree to buy. They may even be negotiating with Donald to get him more and more desperate to essentially just hand them the club and cut his losses.

Essentially surely FPP only agree to buy if Donald drops the price below what FPP value it at, by the amount they expect the club to haemorrage over the next year

No one has any idea what the price is tbh.

Yeh - I mean I don't think any that Magnus, yourself or Prehab is wrong in any way, I think it's probably spot on. I'm just questioning whether the buyers would press the final "go" button in terms of doing the deal, at a time when there seems very little value in them doing so.
