Oh dear, wasn't Johnson a remain voter and only changed when he saw a political opportunity? Johnson is now threatening to break an agreement that he used as part of his election campaign, but Starmer, democracy, oh dear Ellers.
eer no. He was a leaver but also saw the advantages of being a member... you could say the same about me. Forget about Johnson, as you are avoiding the question about Starmer? We will continue another time when Dumb & even Dumber aren't about. good debating with you Wills (even though we are poles apart) :emoticon-0148-yes:

What do you mean?
He was a remainer and wanted a second vote going against all those Labour seats that voted for Brexit. What do you call that then Wills? Does he respect Labour voters? Does he respect a democratic vote?.... oh yes he does now... now he is a Brexitier <doh> Why? because he is trying to win votes but doesn't care how.
Right after that one, I'm off for a tea. enjoy your debate.

Unfortunately, we're all Brexiteers now, whether we like it or not.

That's the case. It seems to me that the majority have accepted this, yet it seems to be an ardent brexiteer who keeps banging on about remainers and leavers. That said person, in all fairness to him is a bit of a weird simple chap though.

Boris Johnson has complained about "unjustified" attacks from Keir Starmer over the Test and Trace shambles.

The Prime Minister moaned that continued criticism of the under-fire testing chief Dido Harding was "unseemly and unjustified" despite widespread shortages of tests.
The Government has come under sustained attack over the testing programme, which has seen people told to travel hundreds of miles to get coronavirus tests.

Mr Johnson dodged questions from the Labour leader about his bizarre claim on Tuesday that the Test and Trace scheme was "very little or nothing to do with" the spread of the virus.
He had previously hailed the contact tracing scheme as a game changer in the battle against coronavirus.

This sums Johnson up perfectly. He just isnt arsed about anyone but himself and his donors.

To be fair mate, he's now coming across as a bumbling, inept fool who can't be arsed to do the job.
I wouldnt say that. I just think he has a load of s@@t on his watch.
Never in modern times has a PM had this much to deal with.
Brexit was a huge challenge, then came Coronavirus, lockdown, Furlough, testing, schools, economy, latest spike and so on. He has just had a baby and come out of ICU. As a reporter On sky said yesterday ‘he’s had all this thrown on his lap’. It also doesn’t help when you have an inept opposition scoring political points at every move. Agree he has made mistakes because he’s been put in a nightmare scenario. Once Covid and Brexit are gone I am sure he will shine... if he wants to stay on?

Total load of rubbish. Brexit is of his own doing. Covid has hit the world, not just the UK. He is an idiot who has filled his cabinet with nodding idiots instead of capable people. He will be gone sooner rather than later thank ****.

Just visited my mother and step father. Hes voted Tory all his voting life. Daily Mail on the table daily (often covered in my graffiti). He says he will never vote for them again and that they arent truly the conservative party anymore. He isnt jumping to another party, just saying he will never vote for them. Took me quite by surprise really, considering his life long affiliation.

Am glad you are all so confident of a Starmgedon victory. ... just like last time when people thought Labour had a chance?

The reality for whichever party wins the next General Election - and those in the Scottish / Welsh / NI assemblies - is that economic room for manoeuvre will be severely limited by massive government debts

It may even be the case that economic activity in the UK won't have returned to pre COVID levels by then either

The political and economic challenges will be enormous

The good thing is that even the most stupidest imbecile in the country can see that ‘bumbling Boris, the mop headed fool’ is ****ing this up so badly that even they are having their doubts about his leadership.

Well most of them anyway.......
