It’s silly to pretend you know that little about Starmer, a man named after a historic Labour figure, because you don’t. Hardly a privileged upbringing unlike Johnson. So what if he lives in London, near his constituency? Surely his experience and voting record counts for more.

I’m sure the women you speak to are a representative cross-section of society but you’re the first person I’ve heard refer to him as slimy.

I think he’s the best shot Labour have given anyone in his position will have the usual media hatchet job to contend with. A genuinely competent person with success outside of politics from a relatively humble start in life. Also, sad a fact as it may be in 2020, being a white bloke helps.

Funny I was thinking the same kind of thing....if you got the two of them, one after the other, to talk about absolutely any subject....be it finance, immigration or even the weather, who would come over the best.
