Go away Bob you are like your mate.. needing to get personal. I only mock the politicians but sadly some on here can’t help themselves. Try and stick to the debate or go back to the Coronavirus thread and make yourself sound stupid again. :emoticon-0148-yes:

Oohhhh.....someone’s on the rag this week, eh ?
At least I can blame my outbursts on alcohol

Don’t be a tart. You said he’s not the right man for the gig so I’m asking who is.
So mate "imbecile alert':emoticon-0160-movie
I thought Lisa Nandy was good at the time but lacked a bit of experience. The problem with Labour is that there are already splits (left v Centre). They need a fresh face. Starmer has a history with Brexit/Jezza & the Jewish problems/past He was part of that. He comes across as another North London elitist. He brings back Ed Milliband ffs. He was a loser... people didn't want him (like Jezza). Bring in a new face... That's what they did with Blair after Smith died.

You throw elitist about like an insult, does that not apply to quite a lot of Tory's? If Johnson and Mogg aren't elitists then nobody is.

But they don't try to pretend not to be snobs? Whereas Starmer tries to pretend he is the voice for the working man, the good old Labour northern (union-run) towns... when actually he is a North London Lawyer who could give a toss about them (Brexit).

Blair was Shadow Home Secretary at the time. Not exactly a random unknown.

Whoever leads Labour will have everything possible dug up on them and failing that something will just be made up. You can’t seriously aim anything race-related at Labour when we have such a dog-whistling anti-immigrant party in control pandering to the far right to stop Farage taking seats.

I don't see how he pretends to be anything he isn't, and just because he is a lawyer who lives in North London doesn't mean he can only look out for people exactly like him, that's just crazy, please expand on Brexit...

Okay Blair moved up the ranks very quickly. He was known as the fresh face at the time. You may not remember, but I do.
As for Labour, they still have the Jewish problem hanging around their neck... we will have to see the results from the Human rights investigation but 1200 complaints are not good. Some have already said (although not officially) that Jezza tried to cover things up and sweep it under the rug...however it wouldn't be fair of me to think he is guilty until the paper is released... although if I were a betting man I know what I would bet on.
So basically no smoke without fire.

No smoke without fire?

Ok the Tory's are funded by the Russians, palming off contracts to donors and friends under the table, and have a big problem with Islamaphobia, which I believe they have more complaints per member than Labour did with the complaints lodged against them. No smoke without fire

What do you mean?
He was a remainer and wanted a second vote going against all those Labour seats that voted for Brexit. What do you call that then Wills? Does he respect Labour voters? Does he respect a democratic vote?.... oh yes he does now... now he is a Brexitier <doh> Why? because he is trying to win votes but doesn't care how.
Right after that one, I'm off for a tea. enjoy your debate.

Oh dear, wasn't Johnson a remain voter and only changed when he saw a political opportunity? Johnson is now threatening to break an agreement that he used as part of his election campaign, but Starmer, democracy, oh dear Ellers.
