it'll happen, but this is a disgusting performance and in all honesty a dreadful side.. there's 7 or 8 that should be nowhere near this league.

nowt new I'm used to it now
Yet only last week you were apologising for previously calling Bruce out, after an opening day win at the Spammers........

Football mate, you’ve had a bad day at the office and a reality check, that’s all.

Beating a ****ing awful West Ham isn’t a cause for optimism

at least the ref made the decision by viewing the pitch side monitor .

I don't like that personally. Think if they're told to take another look then they're already leaning towards looking for something to change their mind.

I think if it's clear and obvious then it shouldn't need another look, because it's obvious. Plus it's more time consuming.

Maybe that's just me though.

In fairness you should be blaming the rule changes not VAR

Even taking the rule change into account that pen we got today wasn't a 'clear and obvious' error.

We're officially at the stage of re-refereeing the game imo.

obviously the correct answer is scrap VAR but unfortunately that horse has bolted .

Under the rules it was though, as we’re now seeing in the PL what we’ve seen for a couple of years in European competition i.e. if the defender has his arm out and it hits it, a penalty is awarded. See the Spurs vs RS CL final for details. ****e rule but blame the rule.
