You said that not all chances involve touches. You couldn't be more wrong in this instance. If you make that assertion that means your definition of a chance is different to Opta. You've just said you've already backed up your assertion or defined what you meant. I must have missed that. Can you spell it out for me again?

Woukdnt call devours a sitting midfielder. Unless he’s gonna play that way for you but for Watford he was very much box to box.
All i said was chances created don't always involve a touch which anybody that knows/watches football will know is a fact.
Then some chump jumps in asking if i know how Opta base chances to which i openly stated NO (i never mentioned Opta), i then went on to ask where Opta got the extra chances from but the same guy doesn't seem to know
well as you are an avid watcher/commentator on Everton you will see he was sitting at the WE and Gomes playing further forward. That meaning Rodriguez wasn’t needed to track back as Allan and devours covered.

possibly. I only rewatched as my memory of The game was that the guy showed some decent touches but had very little actual impact as didn’t remember him doing an awful lot. Tobes then said he created 5 chances so I searched for a touch reel and re watched and could only find one.
Like I said I’m happy to be proven wrong but someone that watched the game because even though I did, I clewrly wasn’t paying attention so if he did create 4 more chances then fair enough. He must have had a better game than I remember.
