    I hope so. 35 is a canny age for a footballer unless they’ve avoided the booze etc and are in top condition. Hopefully he’s been bought for the odd run out rather than a main striker who we are pinning our promotion hopes on.

    aye, personally i thought power looked good as the defensive man with scowen pushing on...honestly thought we would see dobson dropped to the bench (decent player in there but should not be 1st choice yet)...there again, if danny hits the ground running and scores a couple you just know parky will start wyke so maybe he thinks the team is 'solid' now.
