Hello Beth, there is NO official validation that is required for those tests - please show me the link where everyone can look that up. You need to provide facts not believes.
What does the PCR test measure? Does it detect the presence of Sars-CoVirus-2? No. The test only measures sequences, i.e. nucleic acids that are supposed to be contained in the virus. These sequences were identified by Chinese scientists at the beginning of the corona crisis and extrapolated to an "overall structure" of the virus in a computer model. The virus in question has never before been extracted from the blood of a sick person, obtained in its pure form and examined. Does the test say anything about the virus, for example, whether it multiplies in the host, in us? No. Or whether it will make people sick? No. Or does the test perhaps say something about whether a person being tested carries a small or large intact viral load. No. Or whether it has already penetrated a cell? No. Does the test say anything about the risk of infection? No. No, no, no, no, no, no - seems to be some hell of an unvalidated test.
Aha - so you admit it was published in March 2020, which contradicts your first statement. The first case in Germany was reported on the 27th of January, with clusters of cases occurring soon afterwards (just in time for the Carnival to do its work). So it appears the article was timed well !
Are you kidding me ? This strategic document was published in March 2020, this needs preparations and of course this Virus like modell had to be developed first. There are thousands of papers attached to it and you ignorant person try ignore that ? Please explain to me how the WEF manged to publish that at the peak of the "crisis" ?
SO Butthuber Rapid implementation of SARS-CoV-2 sequencing to investigate cases of health-care associated COVID-19: a prospective genomic surveillance study Luke W Meredith, PhD *, † William L Hamilton, PhD *, † Ben Warne, MB Bchir Charlotte J Houldcroft, PhD Myra Hosmillo, PhD Aminu S Jahun, PhD et al. Published:July 14, 2020DOI:https://doi.org/10.1016/S1473-3099(20)30562-4 236 Patients were isolated either pre-emptively (suspected COVID-19) or immediately after a confirmed PCR positive result. Clinical specimens collected from patients presenting to 18 hospitals in the East of England were submitted to the Public Health England Clinical Microbiology and Public Health Laboratory at CUH for diagnostic testing. Samples underwent nucleic acid extraction and were tested for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 with a validated in-house RT-qPCR assay developed by the Public Health England Clinical Microbiology and Public Health Laboratory (appendix p 1). The test was reported as SARS-CoV-2 PCR positive if the cycle threshold (Ct) value was 36 or less. FROM READING THIS PAPE AND SPEAKING TO EXPERTS IN THE FIELD (and doing a viral PCR test on a weekley basis oneself too) Does it detect the presence of Sars-CoVirus-2? YES The test only measures sequences, i.e. nucleic acids that are supposed to be contained in the virus. These sequences were identified by Chinese scientists at the beginning of the corona crisis and extrapolated to an "overall structure" of the virus in a computer model. The virus in question has never before been extracted from the blood of a sick person, obtained in its pure form and examined. AS YOU WILL SEE IN THIS PAPER IT WAS ISOLATED FROM 236 PATIENTS IN THIS COUNTRY AND SEQUENCED Does the test say anything about the virus, for example, whether it multiplies in the host, in us? YES, BECAUSE YOU CAN TAKE MULTIPLE SAMPLES AND WATCH IT MULTIPLE IN THE HOST. Or whether it will make people sick? ALL PATIENTS WHO ARE SICK WITH COVID 19 (THE DISEASE) HAVE SARS2-COVID19 VIRUS Or does the test perhaps say something about whether a person being tested carries a small or large intact viral load. YES FROM THE CYCLE THRESHOLD VALUE, GIVES A PRETTY GOOD ESTIMATION OF THE VIRAL LOAD Or whether it has already penetrated a cell? THE PCR TEST DOESN'T, BUT THE AMOUNT OF FLUID & DEBRIS ON THE LUNG INDICATES THE AMOUNT OF DEAD , VIRIALLY PENETRATED CELLS THERE ARE. WE HAVE ALSO GOT IT GROWING IN THE LAB NOW ON ENDOTHELIAL CELLS IN PETRI DISHES TOO. Does the test say anything about the risk of infection? ...NO BUT THE EPIDEMIOLOGY SAYS THAT.
Is that your best guess ? It is impossible to create a sophisticated modell like this in weeks or months, it takes years to do so. As I said, there are thousands of different papers to all aspects of our future. Please do not bore me with your simple answers.
No I didn't Butthuber. The full paper is linked above and again here:- https://doi.org/10.1016/S1473-3099(20)30562-4 You obviously know how to read and understand viral genomic papers, as has been demonstrated by your thorough understanding of the topic. The validation is in the appendix, and I can produce about another 20 papers with equally valid tests if you want. You are a little out of your depth here I am afraid
It really is quite delicious witnessing your total dismantling of Butt-Hammer Beth. I can disagree with you on politics some of the time, but someone taking you on as a scientist is really, really dumb.
Thank you Col, I am honoured. Politics often has more than 2 sides and many places in between, we can differ but I think we respected each others beliefs because they are sensible and truely held But Mr BH really does not know what he is talking about re the science, it is worrying that he and too many others believe this rot.
Hello Beth, what you attached does not show that the PCR test has been validated. Where is the link on the NHS (not The Lancet) that shows us the validation. That is a very simple task for you to do but please do not distract the audience from the truth by introducing a science magazine. I kindly asked you several times for "official" proof. Cheers.
Well you moron, I still did not get to know any "official" documents from Beth about the validation. Since you are not educated enough to understand the difference between an "official validation" and some reports in "The Lancet" you should simply shut your trap. Thank you !
Have you contributed to the facts so far ? No, you seem to be the old grumpy backseater who knows nothing but is being respected for always having an opinion no matter how senseless it might be.
Are you calling The Lancet a science magazine. How dare you! The Lancet is a weekly peer-reviewed general medical journal. It is among the world's oldest and best-known general medical journals. The best medical papers are published there. The Lancet is the best medical journal in Europe and some would say the world. That is official enough for me. Let me tell you how science works. Scientists do the work and then submit all the evidence to the journal, they send the work and allevidence out to peer-reviewers who assess the paper and ask for clarificartion, check all the data and then agree or disagree about publicaton. This is called peer-reviewing (reviewing by people who actually know about their subject) So did you read the paper? Did you read the appendix validation. Oh and by the way, calling Col a moron is not going to help your case ButtHuber, as I can vouch for the fact he is very very far from a moron
Well, did you know that Karlsruhe overruled the unlawfully behaviour of the police ? Get yourself an update please.
