Palace have supposedly agreed a fee of £19.5m with QPR for Eberechi Eze.
We should be all over that for that price.

Messi's rumoured wage is probably the equivalent to half of our wage bill...
Let's get him.

I guess it depends on how you draw your line(s).
I'd say drink driving is worse than making a racial slur. Yet I continue to support and cheer on Hugo.
Ledley also done a bit more than get pissed, he tried fighting bouncers and was accused of making a racial slur himself. Yet I still idolise the guy.
Ultimately we as fans will generally back our players even when we know they've done wrong. All clubs do that too for the record, it's the nature of a fan. Doesn't make it right, though it just 'is'. It's why I won't say no to Suarez based on what he's said, because I know that if he were to join (he won't) and he scored a bunch of goals everyone would be cheering his name.
I never accused you of saying Spurly or I have no morals.
Which season?Have a horrible feeling we are going to wait until after the season starts to buy a striker.

I wonder what they'll do now? A flop of a manager, no Messi and financial problems.
Real must be laughing their arses off.
"pissed himself and me"?I get that footballers can be out of order but there are lines that shouldn't be crossed for me.
Suarez was racist...if he owned up and took his punishment fair enough, maybe you could say he had changed.
But he didn't. He denied he did anything wrong and to me that is way over the line.
Hugo got pissed and drove (if he got jailed he'd only have himself to blame), Ledley got pissed and pissed himself and me and you disagreed re Dele's brhaviour.
Being a dick is one thing, being an unapologetic racist is another.
This don't make me right btw...it's just how I see it.
Suarez has had over 8 years to come out and apologise but still refuses to do so.
It's nothing to do with the "moral high ground" either...I do not think you or Spurlock have no morals, I just think we have different lines in the sand.
“Sir Alex Ferguson gave me one piece of advice in two-and-a-half years (at Manchester United). Buy Dele Alli,” stated Mourinho. “That guy, with that mentality, the aggression he has in his mind, this guy is a Manchester United player. And he has a good eye for a player, but he is not a good trainer and we need to find the right motivation for him.
“I told Dele very directly he doesn’t train well. I’m not saying a disaster, but I’m not saying he is like Harry Kane.”
Called it when he started declining...a few of us did. He doesn't train hard... not surprised...too distracted. Thinks he's made it, all that.
He's achieved **** all in the game apart from the dough... someone needs to remind him that.
"pissed himself and me"?
Might want to keep more distance.

Sounds like Chelsea getting Thiago Silva and Malang Sarr on free transfers. Two very good bits of business, surprised we didn’t seem to go for either considering our financial constraints, Sarr’s a left footed CB which we now don’t have and Silva’s pedigree and leadership would’ve been brilliant to have brought in for a year or two.
They really seem to be going for it this summer. Looking like they’re going to end up with 5-6 big signings
Onanna's been mentioned - so not only will it put an end to the 18+ months worth of stories saying we're about to sign him, but also have Chav fans thinking that they should have kept KepaProbably a keeper to come too, but can they make a team out of them?
