No need for sorry. That was an interesting article from the Independent. Thanks for posting it.
Once again goes to show that you cannot believe hardly anything you hear in the news these days. And odd I hadn't heard the true story on the news today.
(Hopefully the Docherty signing news was true)

I hope they try to sign Herbie Kane. It's good to have somebody who knows what to do with a dead ball.

Sort of agree, but we have debated this before.
Football is a cesspit of excess, that’s surely a given.
However there are plenty of businesses with **** loads in the bank that have furloughed staff...because they could.
The real villains are the hedge funds buying safe stocks low and set to make fortunes and the companies being handed multi million pound contracts by their personal friends in Govt.
Pointing the finger at football clubs is just chucking a dead cat on the table...anything to stop people noticing the real stuff that people should be furious about.

And if they think we’re a big gun likely to go straight back up they’re deluded anyway!

I like Hummel kits, they made one of my all time favourite shirts. Not keen on the hideous keepers kit designs for Bristol.

There seems to be all sorts of terms written into contracts in the event of a club getting relegated from the Premier League but we haven't heard of anything similar regarding getting relegated from the Championship.
