Erm...perhaps another manchester team Teams that are closer to relegation than us do not even get a look in
And should get it. If you were a team that had just been relegated and hoped to get straight back up would you sell a player for £10m that could help you earn £30m at least from TV rights if you go back up to the PL ?
They have their price and they're entitled to stick to it. If we think it's too much, we won't sign him. Of course, the player may choose to force the clubs hand. Maybe we'll tap him up first...
As far as I read that is an unsubstantiated claim by a German rag. You can find other claims that he'd prefer to come to us. I don't believe any of them until it happens.
Good ploy, we will not be the only team to use it. If we really want him we will pay what we have to. I have heard we have two other options though.
Players will be quoted as saying they would prefer to go anywhere if their agents want to start a bidding war
Can you see a selling club listening? You've just questioned why Norwich would let Lewis go for less than they want for him. Why would Dortmund sell for less to one of the richest clubs in world football because they're claiming to be skint?
They wouldn't which is why i said if we really want him we will pay what we have to. Other options on the scene though
I asked you about the skint tactic. I've no doubt you'll pay the full wedge to get him. Other options
Bollox you've got other options like who? Anyways you're gonna pay what Dortmund want for him and dortmund/utd and every **** else knows it. He better not flop bruv
Have you seen the difference in our defensive stats since Maguire joined? we have CL this season because of them and because of the contract clause that hits after a two year absence from the CL plus the added income from the CL Maguire has already payed for himself and helped pay for the next purchase
Biggest worry that mate, a lot of players from Dortmund flop in the PL. The German league is no way a signaller of how good a player is.
