Laporte and Otamendi are adequate if they both stay fit, after that they are throwing Fernandino at it who is not good enough and it weakens the midfield.
Ake will be first choice with Laporte, anyone else will be much needed back-up.

This is accurate, if you look st sbility he was good, quick, could hit a pass and shoot.

Unfortunately if you cut his head off and replaced it with a chicken, there would be little difference.

He was stupid, never knew where he was supposed to be, constantly caught out of position and loved to dive in when it was not needed.

He played like a hyper active 7 year old.

I agree with those bits, the rest is rubbish. He couldn't shoot for ****, his passing wasn't great and most of the time it was five yards sideways or backwards, and he most certainly wasn't "good".

Moreno had little game intelligence. But I would have liked to see him play with VVD next time him. If I recall correctly, he spent most of the time next to Lovren which was always going to fail.

So our left back for 4 seasons, couldnt pass, tackle, run, shoot and was brain dead. Bloody hell im amazed we won any games.

I think you may have a skewed perception of how bad he really was. Much like lovren, it wasn't his basic ability that was the issue, it was the lack of control and brains that did for him.

Give the lad another 50 to 100 iq points and he would have been decent, it was his shear stupidity that let him down rather than his athletic prowess.

Norwich City full-back Jamal Lewis has agreed a move to Liverpool in principle with the two clubs now reportedly talking over a fee.

The 22-year-old left-back, who made 25 starts in the Premier League, is wanted by Jurgen Klopp, according to numerous reports.

Klopp is looking for back up for Andy Robertson and the Northern Ireland international is understood to have agreed to sign for the champions on that understanding.

The Athletic reporter James Pearce says that Lewis is eager to get a move to Anfield and is happy to accept Crystal Palace are believed to have had an offer of £12million rejected in January, while Leicester have eyed the player as a potential replacement for Ben Chilwell.a understudy role to Robertson.

Lewis is believed to be desperate to learn from the likes of Robertson and Trent Alexander-Arnold. He is also represented by PLG, the management company who represent the two Liverpool stars.

The Luton-born defender is also interesting several other clubs, who can offer the prospect of more game time.

You said he could have been a good player if he'd had intelligence. That's like saying Borini would have been a good striker if he could score goals <laugh>

You rated parts of his game, I didn't. **** happens.
