Unless he was sacked.... then he'd have to go to a tribunal and argue his case.... !!!!...???.... is that correct.... ???... anyway, in line with the rest of the staff is his salary reduced by 50% in which case pay the useless ****er... I believe that as of today his contract would expire 21st July 2021. Ending it today would cost 1 year salary compensation, unless the terms perhaps were a percentage of the 12 months / 12 month's salary.
