Unless he was sacked.... then he'd have to go to a tribunal and argue his case.... !!!!...???.... is that correct.... ???... anyway, in line with the rest of the staff is his salary reduced by 50% in which case pay the useless ****er... Sacking him might put an extra 1000 one the gate when hostilities begin with a new manager...
The Cowley's have a good reputation in football so would demand a decent wage. That's that one done for then.
Not sure why are talking about these guys, they left Huddersfield due to not being able to be in charge of the transfer dealings at the club, so they are hardly going to come here are they
Of course he did! And on a separate note, I'm claiming to be a multi lingual international spy. Which has about as much weight as any first team coach at hull city being fully incharge of transfer dealings
Well if he's not as widely published, do you not think Terry is a bigger prat to state something which according to you is therefore a blatant lie? Sufficient for gross misconduct, we could get shut for nowt!
Why would the allams get rid of him for playing along with the illusion that in the allams eyes will make them look better? Or do you think ehab would rather him come out and say "nope, I have little to no control over transfers and just have to make do with what's given to me"?. Do you genuinely believe that grant has full control over our transfers?
It'd be a bit of a coincidence having signed a lot of players he's worked with at Peterboro and donny if he didn't have a good amount of say in recruitment. As for having full and absolute control though I'm not sure that's the case at many clubs nowadays. Ultimately the chairman of a club has always had the final say on signing off deals, and there have always been transfer budgets to work to. Always. Ultimately, the question is whether a manager is given the resources he needs and whether or not he is expected to work with players he doesn't want but are brought in over his head regardless. I don't think the latter has been the case with any city manager in recent times, though there are big question marks over the former.
All this talk of changing managers. I just can't see it because I don't think Ehab cares enough about the club to change anything. If he did then surely he would have got rid of McCann by now.
Allams couldn't look better under any circumstances!! So it's a coincidence that City have signed so many players he's worked with before? F**kin idiot for anybody thinking otherwise. Nope, Terry doesn't have full control, he simply nominates the bloody crap we've signed, and Darnborough and Ehab action or otherwise
I don't think it's about caring, he just doesn't at face value know how to develop a football club and take all his stakeholders with him. Him and papa have screwed up big time!
Calm the **** down you absolute thundercunt.... I never said he didn't have influence, I said he didn't have control as you said in your earlier post and anyone thinking he does is a ****ing idiot..... Now get back in your box you absolute bellend
Basically, it's a combination of woeful lack of acumen and an over-abundance of intransigent egotism. You can't run a football club which is reliant on much wider public support in the same way you'd run a factory producing a specialist, relatively high-value product for a specific type of customer.
You sound it, calling me a ****ing idiot just because I don't think grant has control over our transfers... I'm actually shocked there is still someone who thinks he does!
I think he has as much say as the majority of managers these days, and I don't think he's had players brought in over his head. Do I think he's been given the resources to compete? No. Do I think it's a pure coincidence those limited resources have been used to bring in players he's worked with at lower clubs? Also no. It ain't that black and white, but he's certainly had enough say to take his fair share of responsibility.
Read again you've got your wires crossed! All I've said is that Terry has clearly influenced who we've signed given how so many have worked with him previously. Anybody who can't see that is a f**kin idiot!
I think you should read again tbf.... Look at your post where you said "Terry claims he has control of all transfer dealings" and you jumped on me for saying he didn't have control, you've gone from that to now saying he has influence, which Ive said he does, but he has nowhere near control, which is exactly why I made my first post stating that the Crowley's won't come near us, they aren't going to leave a job because they don't have control to come in to a job where they would have almost certainly less control.
