I don't like that tactic, TV interviewers obviously can't fire back and Pearson knows it.

What are you looking for in a Manager for YOUR Club?

Someone who is charming, good at the PR and a 100% 'good egg' perhaps.

Or would you prefer some sod who hates the press almost as much as most Fans do, couldn't give a stuff what pundits or TV commentaters think, but who can build a good side on a limited budget and thinks he knows everything about everything.

If you want a practical viw of the above, imagine you had to choose between Cloughie and Sir Bobby.

    Which would you go for?

I'd go for multiple trophy winner Brian.

Pearson's probably best managing a club needing a complete rebuild (like us) where everyone has plenty of time to get used to his weirdness and get on board with his ideas and management style, stick him into a top flight club with pampered players out of the blue and he's likely going to be too abrasive.

He's a bit like Barton, both arseholes who could flip any second but they can build a team with solid self belief. Because he doesn't share Barton's unhealthy obsession with ripping on Sunderland I'd happily have him here.

I wouldn't want Pearson, he'd only be one bulging vein from a sacking/walk out ...

    ... I don't think he's right in the head.

    I agree.

But here we all are, obsessive fans of an entity that constantly kicks us right in the clems.

Are any of us right in the head?

Can't disagree really but Keane and Di Canio were both slightly bonkers and did well with us. Albeit Pearson is bonkers in a creepy sort of wouldn't be surprised to find him standing in the rain outside your living room window at night watching you kind of way.

I'm not too sure in all honesty.

I went to the fridge when I finished in the garden and there were two beers.

I took one and apologised to the other one for not choosing him.

"Don't worry son, you're time will come ...

... and you won't have too long to wait."

I'd have him here with bells on. I think he'd have a Reid effect.

He may struggle with owners and chairman but his man management of players is fantastic. He gets the best out of them.

After last night's results it seems sacking him was a brilliant idea from the Watford owners.<laugh>

Made for a brilliant last day though, going to be some watch.

    Leicester v United
    Arsenal v Watford
    Chelsea V Wolves
    West Ham v Villa

As if the games came out like that, what a set of fixtures.

Same in Championship tonight, so much to happen into last day.

I fancy Villa beat West Ham and stay up, didn’t see that one coming but last 3-4 games they’ve stepped up.

Man for man Watford should be top 10. The owners destroying any chance of continuity has fully ****ed them. Gracia should still be gaffer never mind the 3 since!
