I know people watch these rows so I try to provide a bit of knockabout entertainment, as you say I can take it.

But when it's as obsessive as this it gets to the point where it's a bit weird.

I've argued with virtually everyone, on here, but I respect people and their opinions, even if I disagree.

This bloke just isn't quite right in the head imo.

I actually defended (and protected) him a few times, Smug, speaking to him privately, too, but he wouldn't listen, I'm afraid.

As I've said previously, sometimes he was informative and interesting (really), but the negatives far outweighed the positives, the disruption complaints continued, and it became time :emoticon-0148-yes:

I know you 2 had your differences, but it looked to me as if it was back and fourth.

I don't think he broke any of the forum rules, and why I can understand you (and others) don't like him, I don't think it justifies the ban.

I can't remember anyone even suggesting a ban was needed, so I think the mod needs to re think it tbh

I'd like to know the rules he broke.

Or as other posters have said, is it because he wasn't liked by you and your friends? If so, this forum no longer interests me.

    It wasn't.

I don't want to have to keep repeating this but I'll try to clarify as briefly as possible.

I ignored him, didn't respond and didn't tag him ....
.... he jumped into conversations I had with other people, responded to my posts and repetitively tagged me.

He continually accused me of lying about FPP to the point whereby I asked him to agree not to respond to each others posts.

He lasted 2 days before attacking me again.

He was asked by the Mods to back off on this thread which he agreed to then immediately posted and attack another poster's mental health.

He continually accused me of being a racist to the point where he was given a weeks ban. At which point he went on RTG to attack me there.

As soon as his ban was up he started the attacks on here again with virtually no comments about the thread topic.

He was warned, pm'd by a Mod and just kept going.

Do you believe I should have to accept being attacked on virtually every post by the same poster?

I know he had issues with you. But you were both quoting each other, and none of it was threatening or abusive.

If the stalking was effecting you, you could have blocked him.

    And you didn't.

That's nonsense, a lot of it was nothing but abuse.

I'm trying to be polite but what you're posting is a long way from correct.

Why should I have to have my religious views mocked by someone who rabildly defends Islam?

Surely blocking him would have saved you the abuse?

Surely him stopping the abuse would've saved me the abuse.

Why should I have to allow someone to call me a liar and a racist behind my back when I can't respond.

These are exactly the kind of freedoms BLM are demanding ...

... or are you saying everyone should just ignore abuse and prejudice?

You involved yourself on many of his posts without him mentioning you.

I know he often quoted you too. But in my opinion it was a 2 way thing.

I posted on threads he was also on, stuck to the subject of the threads and put forward honest opinions that he took exception to and attacked me.

What am I supposed to do ffs, avoid saying anything that might upset him?

He stalked me all over the board and attacked me regularly on RTG where I can't respond.

If you choose to defend those actions that's your business and I'll leave it there.

If somebody stalked and abused me to the lengths you describe, I wouldn't then go out of my way to engage with them in other threads and subjects.

But I guess we are all different.

Me neither, which is why I did my utmost to avoid him ...

... I'm glad we finally agree.

You didn't avoid him at all, you quoted many of his posts that didn't involve you.

If 1000s of posts, back and fourth with somebody is trying to avoid them, then you must not understand the definition of avoid.

Unrelated point but how do you highlight/bold part of a comment you want to reply to?
