If that is a contractual obligation/policy and the company exercises it evenly perhaps. Companies can still exercise discretion and offer support and training - Common in the NHS for instance.
I am beyond sceptical that similar scrutiny will be placed upon Black Lives Matter protestors who carried offensive banners, committed crimes, brought their companies into disrepute. The left and the media and others thus create martyrs for extremists. That victimhood, that double standard is used to create further resentment .. The cycle continues.

Reprimanded, fined, diciplined if proven guilty, nobody deserves the sack in these hard times, all dependents would be punished and the state ends up paying anyway, crazy.

Culture war. One side is wrong one side is right. The left is always right. Its a growing intolerance of freedom of thought. Liberalism is meant to allow that freedom.
It is a funny old world........Just say a bunch of football supporters decided to protest and it was in the middle of a pandemic.....Vandalising, looting, injuring police, spraying graffiti and launching statues, creating unrest through cities every weekend........Wonder how well that would be received.....would that bring all sports together or would there be an absolute outrage?

After Colston's statue entered the Dock we had Labour MP's and Mayors stating, "I celebrate these acts of resistance. We need a movement that will tear down systemic racism" and "It was beautiful poetry".

Last time I checked there are protests on both sides. A clear demonstration that you are free to have your own views.
What you are not free from, is the repercussions of hateful and idiotic views. Left or right.

Luckily I was too young to be affiliated with the cancer, resentment, laziness and then violence that the left led trade unions helped bring to a head in Britain in the early to mid 1970's that affected mining, car production, steel production, teaching etc and whose actions saw British exports fall apart and never recover in some respects. Plus they built lousy and poor quality cars as they simply didn't care.
Their Marxist leanings, support of lawlessness, and anti Police/establishment tendencies seem to now be being brought back to life by some of the scum 'partying' on the streets, pulling down statues and attacking the Police. The Government need to make an example of a few of them and give them a decent length jail sentence.

I would wholly disagree. The right to protest is upheld. Its reporting is uneven. People in a Liberal society should be free to hold idiotic views unless they are illegal.
I posted pictures of BLM protestors with signs saying **** Madeline McCann, protestors burning flags on the Cenotaph. Have these people lost their jobs, are they being doxed, are they being offered police protection? Are the media pursuing them? There are criminal acts there. The reaction is uneven and biased.
I made a point about Labour MP's and Mayors celebrating criminal acts. People protecting memorials from iconclasts were labelled far right Nazi thugs.
In Bristol right wing thinkers e.g. Carl Benjamin are intimidated (violently) and there are lobbies de-platforming them, and its by radical left wing activists for their thoughts. I can think of no comparison that occurs to left wing speakers.
Brexit = Left wing interpretation racist.
Patriotic = Left wing interpretation racist.
Views on Islamic extremism= Left wing interpretation racist.
Concerned about immigration = Left wing interpretation racist.
I could write on and on here but what I am posting about is Liberalism. Freedom of speech and thought is under attack and has been for years from the left.
Am I free to hold the views I post here in wider society? No. Even Sir Trevor Benjamin a Labour anti racist camapigner is not free to do so and has been suspended from his job for wrong think, Paul Embrey a Brexit advocate suspended from his job in the FBU for errr .. being a Brexit advocate, Sarah Champion (Rotherham MP!!) demoted for having the wrong views on grooming gangs and that is the nice end of society .. It is becoming endless these examples.

similar here as a sales training manager Adverts were placed in Evil post...about 3 free papers and in came replies... my job sort the wheat from the chaff. it was not a really technical job … you needed to be able to read and write. not be afraid to speak to almost total strangers understand what they were saying /wanting and "basically argue the toss" to get them to buy …. The salary range depended on the individual …. minimum wage [as it was then £0 to £2000 a week almost ] top earner in my time was about £1889 … moi … nearest 3 or 4 got to £1500 and that was in the 80's

I think you assume quite a lot there with your 4 points there. None of my left-wing friends for instance would consider any of those 4 to be racist in isolation. Everyone is anti-Islamic extremism, seems a strange one there as I can't identify with any of those. Maybe extreme lefties, but they're just as idiotic as the extreme right.
Freedom of speech is not remotely under attack. You can say what you want, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be held to account for hateful speech. Katie Hopkins has always had freedom of speech, she's just being held to account when it goes too far. That is living proof of freedom of speech.
Maybe some examples of what you want to say but can't due to freedom of speech 'restrictions' might help.
Just a question to you all..............do we think that the BLM protesters have influenced people to change their views towards anti-racism....or shall I ask has these protests been any use at all.........I wonder if they've done more harm than good.......created more of a divide as a whole......IMO if that's the case, the way BLM have gone about making their voice heard is leaving a bad taste.
So how many people other than abled white men did you employ?
