I don't know how it works, I always thought it meant that when it gets to the end, another 12 months starts. If what you're saying is true, then it's not very smart financial sense on the Allam's part.

I've not read much of this thread and I'm sure others have said the same that we should of got rid and got someone new in at the start of lockdown and given the new man a chance to review our past performances and then a bit of time to work with the team before his first game

I think you’re right, it’s how I assumed it operated.

I would love to see him walk, now is not the time. He will have to try his best to get results, as will the players. Looking at the table it's quite tight at the bottom end. A win and a couple of draws may just keep us up - I can't see when they will come but you never know. Having said that, we all know where we are going and it's not good. Testing times ahead.

Bullshit, now is the time because he has proved he doesn't know how to change it.
A defeat against boro will see us down.

Just looked it up, think we're right:

https://www.mikethornton.xyz/rollin... is a contract that, new person in charge, for

The 12 Month Fixed-term Contract is well understood by most people to be one that ends automatically when the season ends but many are confused when the word “Rolling” is included. Many users of social media have said that they interpret a 12 Month Rolling Contract to be a standard Indefinite-term contract as defined in the first section above and the notice period for either party is 12 months, rather than a more normal 30 days.

However, this is not the case: a 12 Month Rolling Contract is a 12 Month Fixed-term Contract, as defined in the second section above, that includes clauses under which each party can ask the other to renew it, or “roll it over”; either party can decide not to renew and there is no obligation on either side to pay compensation in such a case.

I hope that is the case in our current situation, but can't really see how this definition differs from any 12 month contract, which can be reviewed by both parties at the end of that 12 months.

So 10:20 am, of the following Monday. Can I presume that Ehab's silence following 2 points out of a possible 36 signals that we have now raised the white flag and Terry is carrying it all the way to league 1.

If we are going to head to League 1, then we have got the league 1 management team, mentality and players already, so why change anything.

He managed to get Donny to the playoffs didn't he? And the fifth round of the FA Cup.

On the budget they use that's pretty good going.

You must be the eternal optimist Toast, something I've always considered myself to be. However as far as the Allams are concerned they are such duplicitous lying ****ers I always fear the worst.

I'm not really optimistic, more objective. The reason the Allams went for him was because he did well on a small budget. I imagine McCann was probably expecting a relative "small budget" for a recently relegated Premier League club, not one identical to that at Doncaster.

He might have blagged it at Donny, or actually put together a reasonable Div 1 side, I don't know. However what our current slump shows us is that he's clueless when trying to halt our current predicament.

If he stays we will be relegated.
