I haven't said he shouldn't. I have posted that he should resign because the pandemic is not about him going to Durham. We have more important things to worry about.

Agree Steve Baker made it clear that he didn't like Cummings but said he was 'brilliant' in some areas but always leaves 'collateral damage'. I really like Steve Baker and he talks a lot of sense.

The Tory MP,s saying Cummings should go really puts to bed the 'lefty' accusations and the 'mob' mentality Ellers refers to.

My point exactly Kiwi. The Guardian has been after him for some time due to Brexit and Election. It has been a major effort to get something on him. This comes with the daily attacks on the government from some quarters.
It now depends on the truth. For starters some papers made it sound that the police were called because of him being there when in fact his father called the police regarding security issues? Why did they need to do that? I am also now hearing that he didn't return to Durham after a certain date which some papers led me to believe he did?
Maybe they should suspend him, have a quick inquiry, and make a decision based on facts. Then some (bar the lefty mob) can move on.
