Might be on a simpler machine called a Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) oxygen pumped through a face mask. Apparently 50% of people on these don’t need heavier ventilator intervention. UCH, UCL and some F1 teams (definitely Mercedes and McLaren) have got together to design really simple CPAP machines, which have passed regulation, and will be building a thousand a day by this time next week if trials go well. Hat doffed.

They've cut the number of trains running which has negated the drop in passengers. They should run peaktime schedules as normal and cut off peak on the busy lines. They have passenger info at the touch of a button, no excuses...
