Or run a hot steaming bath, close the door and pretend it's a steam room and sauna which is all he does at the gym anyway

Not big weights but the dumbbells I ordered a week ago have turned up along with a 15kg vest and a bench so I’ve no excuses now along with walking the dog daily and the indoor bike.

£30 for the 15kg from Mike Ashley which in hindsight sounds like a lot but I was just buying **** while the world was going mad. Think the 10kg was £25.

Decent to spice up the neverending dog walks I have to look forward to.

Actually quite enjoyed just cycling and walking the dog the last week but it’ll be good to build up upper body again.

That reminds me why I don't keep much booze indoors, looks way too tempting!

Majestic have had to shut down their website. In times of crisis, the British turn to booze.

Just seeing on the news, Alex Salmond cleared of all charges. Although looking at him and his legal team, the rule about social distancing seems to have been forgotten. So the law didn't get him but corona might have a different judgement on life.

Overdoing the fitness training (especially weights) can knock the bollox out of your immune system.
Get a coldsore when i've overtrained.

  20. I’m just nashing into my first glass. Just a tiny squeeze of fresh lemon.

It’s delicious, but another glass and I’m going to be offering taps on shoulders.

I’d forgotten how strong this stuff is!

On the plus side, I’m caring less about that virus.
