I think it'll be very debatable. Both issues are contributory causes for 'at risk' groups, rather than direct causes that can be written on a death certificate, so the statistics would be hard to prove.

It won't stop extinction rebellion trying though. I reckon they'll pipe up soon as they won't like being shoved into the background, or the fact people have less of an issue with the restrictions, than they did with them blocking roads..
