Pretty sure when someone rents the stadium all gate receipts go to them.

Yes, but the larger the capacity, the greater the fee they'll pay to us for the licence to use the stadium. I reckon that we'll be charging more than £1m for that, although rates will currently be discounted as we're a start up business at this point...but it's taking off very quickly and such is the superiority of the product, that it's going to remain the premier option for many years.

Plus, there's the food and drink, that's probably be in the region of £1m alone. That was the figure 'doing the rounds' from the NFL games and we kept it all. With a licence for 16 events a year, it'll be worth somewhere in the region of £40m a year in total.

Big ticket events like this will bring forward a stadium sponsorship deal that Levy will accept and then we're looking at £60m plus a year all in. It should pay for the stadium in 15 years, leaving the takings from football untouched and ignoring the value of the housing developments, which have to be worth £200m+..

The two normal dressing rooms convert into one big one and there's another on the opposite side of the stadium.

That isn't correct. The NFL home locker room is in the north east corner as shown on the video and there is a smaller but still massive away locker room on the north west corner. The football dressing rooms are either side of the tunnel in the west stand.
