Paella is a thing of beauty done well.
my wedding was in Spain. Had some locals do two paella on a charcoal grill. They were the size of a tractor wheel. One veggie one a proper Valenciano with rabbit and seafood. The edges were crispy.
I have tried all varieties of fish from Young’s to Birdseye and can confirm they all are disgusting
Prawns are also vile
That’s like saying you’ve tried all the sausages and eaten walls and richmonds.

I have actually eaten a reasonable variety of sea food and can’t stand any of it. I don’t bother now as nothing I have tried I find even remotely decent so have given up trying new fish
