Where, in my response, was I having a pop at you? It's a fact that you'd made only one post and no actual contribution to the thread ... ... now it's two with no contribution. If you want better threads post one. Your last was in November about Charlton who aren't even in our division.
Hang on, have i missed summat else methven said ? One of your posts @Smug in Boots mentions him saying a disease at the club ??
He's said the main problem, at Sunderland, is the supporters and is well known throughout the game. Not the best way to attract a buyer tbh
Kittens knows nothing, Smug knows some things. Some people know a lot but they wouldn’t post on here. That’s about it.
If that was a pun on “lambs rings” you obviously know more about sheep farming than you’re letting on Edit Just checked and see your location is Lake District so not surprising
Farming and supporting Sunderland - two major interests whose ability to cause you grief is both massive and with an appreciable element that’s beyond your control! Both great when things are going right though
On steroids. People posting just to antagonise. Fewer posts and posters on here make it more obvious. The same few acting like children not adults.
It's been a bit fractious but it's a contentious period for the club so people get a bit jumpy. The form on the pitch will help take people's minds of all the internal strife imo. Forums go through phases and this one has had some upheaval, with new people coming here for various reasons, but if people post about the issues, rather than each other, it'll be fine. As I suggested elsewhere I think we get the forum we deserve and, if some mainly read rather than contribute by they won't end up with what they want. Simply complaining about a forum, and it's content just adds to the flotsam imo. The match thread has been reasonable and interesting, obviously helped by the result ... ... difficult subjects will always see a few disputes, etc. That's just my thoughts.
