There's not a poster on here who i have don't read, some have to be taken with more of a pinch of salt than others and some do get a bit worked up but that's all part of the tapestry - it's not dull. People like kittens and smug post information which can come across as informed but without knowing them personally you cannot be sure where it's coming from. I've been around here for enough years to take on board most of what smug says (I believe he believes it and isn't making it up and that's good enough for me). Kittens I don't know but I'm not just going to assume he's making stuff up.

So long as people posting accept that people may think they're making it up (because many people work on that basis) and don't get too bothered by that then i don't see the issue. Chill.

I couldn't make up half of what I post mate, too far fetched.

McGeady was many people's favourite and was thought to be invaluable ...

... I was told he'd be peddled by one of our younger players months ago.

I only posted it weeks ago, when he said it was OK to, but that was before anything was mentioned in the media or on any forum.

If people think I just had a wild guess, and want to argue, that's weird imo ...

... what do they get out of trying to make me out to be a liar.

It's been a bit fractious but it's a contentious period for the club so people get a bit jumpy.

The form on the pitch will help take people's minds of all the internal strife imo.

Forums go through phases and this one has had some upheaval, with new people coming here for various reasons, but if people post about the issues, rather than each other, it'll be fine.

As I suggested elsewhere I think we get
the forum we deserve and, if some mainly read rather than contribute by they won't end up with what they want. Simply complaining about a forum, and it's content just adds to the flotsam imo.

The match thread has been reasonable and interesting, obviously helped by the result ...

... difficult subjects will always see a few disputes, etc.

That's just my thoughts.
