Not seen it mentioned on here, but reports in Norway suggest we're looking at Martin Samuelsen at West Ham as an alternative to Malik Wilks.

22 year old forward who can play anywhere across the front line. Just returned from a loan at Haugesund in Norway, where he scored 14 goals in 39 appearances. Also has 3 caps and 1 goal for Norway.

Could be available permanently for the right price as he's not looking like getting into West Ham's team and his contact is up in the Summer.

It looks like the Wilks one is going down the pan, due to the £200k we're withholding from Barnsley on the MacDonald transfer.

Then the links to Samuelsen might have legs. He looks pretty handy, tricky to knock off the ball.

One of those players that the worst side in your six a side league get in as a ringer and he ends up winning them the game. Seems like the type of player we can get the best out of.

I remember seeing him 3-4 years ago on loan at Peterborough and he looked very classy.

Whilst Terry obviously likes him, he turned us down for Barnsley as recently as last Summer, not a good sign, so I'm surprised we are back in for him particularly as he has a court case pending

Samuelson looks a better gamble than Wilks. Wilks has baggage and doesn’t seem to be the best sort of character to bring into what appears to be a good dressing room.

By the first two minutes of that clip, he's not a striker though is he....
