Charlotte to become the 30th Major League Soccer franchise. USA "football" is growing,isn't it?.....and they said they weren't interested in "soccer"!
They've found out they don't have to be a 300 lb pudding or 7 foot giant to be a sportsman!!!

The fa have ****ed up the fixtures, we have a game tomorrow on the other side of the world.. but dont let that get in the way of the [HASHTAG]#narrative[/HASHTAG] <laugh>

Well seeing as you've been so nice about it. The actual Liverpool team are in Qatar playing in the World Club Championship and have a game tomorrow so couldn't play both. We had to win a game, don't quite remember who it was against but when we won it qualified us to play in Qatar.

One day I took a tourist trip to Russia. They put the Yanks in with the Brits and I met my American wife. She's been blaming the Russians ever since and cut down my football time!

Well,you keep winning games that's what happens. But Qatar or the FL should have changed the dates.
 
That's dirty. The FL used to make clubs play 3 games in about 4 days at Easter and something similar around Christmas. Now they've screwed up again with these darned international games!

They wouldnt change the dates due to sky having it live.

Shot themsleves in the foot really, klopp called their bluff and devalued the cup as you saw from the team tonight.

Personally im happy with his decision to prioritise the cwc over the league cup.

Maybe the fa wont force another team into a ridiculous situation like the fixtures weve seen this week in the future.

In the end you are best off out of the league cup, the 2 legged semi in January would have been a hindrance to your pursuit of the league. In the end the team tonight would probably not have been much different even if you were not in Qatar as you have a few niggles and injuries and would have rotated accordingly.
