If Chelsea buy him we can get him on loan for half a season.

We could be in the top half of the championship if SD hadn't played silly beggars by selling Maja and bringing in Grigg. That kid is going to have one hell of a career so goodness knows what was going through SD's head when he haggled over a few coppers in the contract negotiations.

No chance of that happening, can I have some of whatever you're smoking...

Is that when Maja and his Agent asked, we offered exactly what they wanted and Maja's agent told him to go elsewhere? Yeah should've held on to him - makes perfect business sense when he said he'd not play for us again

I watched the highlights of their weekend game out of intrigue and I tell you what, he is a good player.

He looks a lot stronger, he didn’t score but he had some great tussles with Kone, who we all know is a beast physically.

He’s going to have a strong career the lad. Wish him well.

We can all say this and that, but if we come out of it with about £6million or so all told it was good business.

You weren’t ever talking £12-14million had he stayed here, no chance.

Whoever gets him will do well to keep him tied down, we lost out big time and I can't see anybody else being so unwise, he screwed SAFC that's for sure.

Absolutely mate. You weren’t even talking 3-4m had he stayed I don’t reckon. Unless we’d gone up the leagues. Feel sour the way he left but that’s modern players/agents for you. That said, as piss pot as the league is, it’s still better than the third division!!!
