Interesting take on the fake news story from Paul Mason

I could point you to hundreds of failings of privatisation, and millions of examples of failings of capitalism. Saying that something failed in the 70s does not wash as a reason to not do it.

Why not trust Britain to run its own services and utilities. British jobs and the money staying in Britain.

Isn't that in the spirit of Brexit?

Privatisations have had mixed success.

The railways are ****ed not sure which govt would want to take it back

Mark my words, Weds and Thurs are going to be Fake News central.

Strap yourself in for last minute smears, last minute interventions and testimonies from so-called 'neutral' bodies and anything else Cummings thinks of.

Question everything.

Let's take them back.

This is what 'let's take back control' should have been all about.

Not letting them disintegrate for the benefit of foreign corporate elites.

Britain’s biggest employer is already state owned and it’s appallingly inefficient and poorly run. Maybe if they could figure out how to run that one properly, I might be more inclined to let them have a go with another one.

It needs reform and funding.

It can be done. If Labour got in, the state of the NHS would be a barometer of its success.

The reason the NHS is struggle is because it's had real terms cut of 20% per capita since 2010.

Also the top down reorganisation which the Tories promised not to do and the Health and Social Care act hasn't helped.

Decent video summarising the Fake News story.

Whatever your political persuasion, if you value ethics and integrity, this must surely concern you:

Corbyn net worth £3 million
Abbott net worth £3 million
Bozo net worth £2 million
May net worth £2 million

I see two little piggies with their noses well and truly in the trough even though they pretend to be socialists
As opposed to 2 ignoramuses who are clueless about capitalism/investment maximization techniques ?

Interesting.

Not saying he definitely has here (and I have no proof), but there are ways to conceal (as well documented).

Wonder how much his family his worth?

Also, might get messy when he has to leave it to his kids.

I'm certainly planning on putting in a claim - who's gonna be able to prove otherwise with the line-up ?
Bollocks, my age may give it away !
Next.

Ashworth

But Anneliese Dodds, a shadow Treasury minister, tells the World at One: "I don't think he looks like a plonker."

She describes how Mr Ashworth is "somebody who's very, very funny" who "frequently has people in stitches" and who "does engage in banter".

And she dismisses the leak of the conversation as "slightly desperate tactics from the Tories at this stage".
That's obviously fake news. AD wouldn't know what humour was if she was sitting on it ?

I know we shouldn't base too much on image, and we should focus on content, but I think she usually looks like she's auditioning for a role in The Borrowers.
Sorry DMD - I'd probably laugh if I knew what "The Borrowers" were/was, but unfortunately I don''t.<doh>

Edit: Just googled it. I'll give you a smile :emoticon-0100-smile
