I wouldn't count on much happening if Donald is away or has family stuff. I'll be honest, I would also say that if the characterisation of Methven is anything to go by, there won't actually be much urgency you'd imagine.
The SoL being used as the registered address definitely shows something was expected to happen, but we all know things can change so I can't really cling to it as a positive now. Amazing how quiet it's gone like, Methven thinking something would be announced imminently a week ago doesn't bode well! I think by now we're all resigned to it either not happening, happening but on a very small scale or maybe even the investment being from some other random group. Hoping to be pleasantly surprised but not holding my breath
I have just read that the Sunderland Echo lad said positive talks had taken place. We can but hope.

Perhaps I have been off the mark calling Coton and Hill the chuckle brothers , when you look at the size of our players compared to the opposition may be they have Snow White as an assistant with the signing of several dwarfs being assembled . Seriously the recruitment has been terrible and is an area where as a club we must improve .

Well I've had two interesting messages today from two totally unconnected people.
The first is from the lad who told me that there would be a club statement before Shrewsbury. He says that all the theories about Brexit, position of the moon, proximity to the next match, etc are irrelevant. Nor does it matter where in the world Donald might be, it's an electronic world and he doesn't need to be sat at his desk for the press to be informed. They're hoping for today and it will come out as soon as everyone has OK'd the draft.
Secondly, there was a feasibility study done on the new club badge and that's been mentioned again.
